We recently contracted the services of Andrew Barrett and Wildfire Cuisine for a two-day event we were hosting. During our initial meeting, Andrew was prompt, helpful and courteous. His assistance in planning meals and food quantities required were effortless – establishing his knowledge and skill of his craft.
We had approximately 150 guests; Andrew prepared and barbequed all meals to perfection. Our guests gave rave reviews as to the quality of service and food preparation. A comment made while Andrew was grilling steaks “look at him – he is so alive and loves what he is doing!” Following our event, I have received several requests for Andrew’s contact information from others wishing to employ his services – a great compliment and testament to his ability.
We would not hesitate to contact Andrew in the future, as his service, personality and meals were first class.
