On September 1 2013 my wife hired the services of Andrew Barrett and Wildfire Cuisine for my 40th Birthday party. Andrew and staff arrived a few hours before the guests and started to prepare what turned out be a fantastic meal. The food was fresh and the BBQ and Spit that Andrew brought was amazing. It was interactive for the guests to be able to see their meal being prepared in front of them. Andrew and his team were professional and courteous through out the whole evening. My kitchen was left as clean as it was before Andrew arrived which a plus…No cleaning needed. Great party and the food was fantastic was the common compliment I received. Having Wildfire Cuisine cater my party allowed me to enjoy my time with my friends and family. Thank you Andrew and Wildfire for the awesome food and making my party that more special! I will definitely use your services again. By the way the salads were to die for and I miss the smell of that apple wood.
