Andrew Barrett and Wildfire Cuisine were contracted in December 2013 for our Member Christmas Party.
As this event has never been fully catered in the past, I felt very anxious and concerned preparations were not complete. When Andrew and his team showed up he immediately put me at ease and instinctively went to work ensuring all the setup and organization was complete.
We had approximately 190 guests; our members gave compliments to the quality and variety of food, and outstanding service. Andrew prepared all meals to perfection, served and cleaned all workstations following the event.
Thank you Andrew! Your services are second to none, and gave our party a professional touch with your fantastic personality and first class meals!
We look forward to seeing you again at our next function.
